Reservation fee:
Equivalent to one week proposed rent set off as part of the first month rent. Any false, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant maybe considered a breach and which will allow the landlord and or agent to forfeit the reservation fee and to reject the application.
Inventory fee:
This fee is applicable at check in or check out.
This fee is depending on a rate card of an Inventory and check in /out companies and on the size and content of the said property.
As per the tenancy agreement, a professional cleaning service have to be employed and or paid by the tenant at the end of the tenancy.
Terms:
A security deposit - usually equal to five weeks rent (or 6 weeks if rent is above £50000 per annum) is payable and is legally protected in one of the government approved schemes. Find My Home is registered with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service) Custodial Scheme.
